From January 1, 2022, orders placed through Storcube Germany will be processed through local warehouses for delivery, with a delivery time of 3-7 days.

  • Free standard shipping
  • Express shipping is not available for PO Box and APO/FPO addresses.
  • The delivery time excludes the processing time of your order from 1 to 3 days before shipping.
  • Orders will not be shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped. This will contain your tracking number(s). Tracking information will be updated within 48 hours.
  • Track your package via the tracking platform.
  • We will do our best to deliver your package as soon as possible. However, additional time may be required if there are problems with the delivery address or customs clearance.
  • When we have a high volume of orders, deliveries may be delayed by a few days. Please allow extra days for delivery. If there is a significant delay in dispatching your order, we will contact you by email.
  • If your order has not arrived after more than 21 days, please contact us at support@storcubepower.com. We recommend contacting customer support within 180 days of the purchase date.

  • Storcube is not responsible for the loss of your shipment if the address information is incorrect. Please ensure that the delivery address is correct. To guarantee delivery, the address must be provided, including the full house number.

Q: How will my cargo be shipped?

A: We use International Express Services (DHL/EMS/FEDEX/USPS, etc.) and Amazon FBA as our logistics partners to ship Storcube products. They will decide which shipping method best serves our customers based on their own judgment.

Q: I ordered more than one item. Will they all be delivered at the same time?

A: We try to ensure that all your items arrive at the same time. However, sometimes our products are not always shipped together as different shipping options may be used depending on the type of products. Once an item has shipped, you will receive a shipping notification email.

Q: Can I change the delivery address of my package after it has already been shipped?

A: Unfortunately, we cannot change shipping details once the product is in transit.

Q: What should I do if I receive a different product than the one I ordered?
