Warranty terms

Warranty period
STORCUBE warrants to the original consumer that its products are free from defects in workmanship and materials.
The warranty period begins on the date of purchase by the original purchaser.

For mobile power plant products, the warranty period is 24 to 72 months.
For home backup system products, the warranty period is 48 to 60 months.
Solar panels, cables, chargers and other accessories come with a 12-month warranty.
Gift items are not covered by any warranty and warranty periods may vary from country to country depending on local laws and regulations.

Warranty Statement
After you provide a valid proof of purchase and information, any defects in materials and workmanship of your product will be covered by the warranty, including but not limited to:

Order number purchased through the official STORCUBE store.
A sales invoice or order confirmation email that clearly states the product description, price and sales channel.
Note: The limited warranty is limited to the country of purchase. The warranty is void once the item is taken or shipped to another country.

Warranty exclusions
1. Misuse, abuse, accidental damage, or damage caused by acts of God (such as lightning strikes, tornadoes, hurricanes, etc.);
2. Unauthorized modification, repair, disassembly or operation not in accordance with official instructions or manuals;
3. Purchase from unauthorized dealers;
4. For special purposes outside normal consumption;
5. Product lost, stolen or full refund;
6. Any defects or damage caused by excessive heat, cold, liquids or other external causes;
7. The purchase voucher is invalid;
8. The warranty period has expired
9. The battery model on the warranty certificate does not match the actual product.
10. Unauthorized modification of the warranty certificate;
11. Products wear out over time.

Complaints process

If you need any help with the product, please contact us by email from Monday to Sunday: support@storcubepower.com.
In case of warranty claims, repair will be carried out by the STORCUBE service center or exchanged with a replacement product with equivalent specifications based on model and lifespan. If an exchange is required, an equivalent refurbished model will be provided and confirmed 7 working days after receipt of the defective goods at the STORCUBE warehouse. Arrange for same day delivery (except for changes due to force majeure).
Exchange products are warranted for the remainder of the warranty period of the original product or thirty (30) days from the date of exchange, whichever is longer.
For out-of-warranty claims, please contact STORCUBE Service Department in advance for further details.
Warranty extension

The extended warranty now only applies to S1000 and S2500 models purchased from STORCUBE official website, with no service fees and no damage protection.
Anyone who purchases these two models on other platforms must submit a warranty extension request via the following link:

DISCLAIMER OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES

This limited warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including any warranty of fitness for a particular purpose or use and any implied warranty of merchantability with respect to the STORCUBE portable solar generator. STORCUBE and its affiliates shall not be liable for any special, incidental or consequential damages (including lost profits). No other warranties are made other than those set forth herein.
This limited warranty may only be modified by STORCUBE. Any implied warranties permitted by law are limited in duration to the terms of the express warranties provided herein. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other state rights. STORCUBE's sole liability will be repair or replacement as described above.
